During the holidays, Carlos came to our house and prepared a wonderful meal for us. My wife is from France, and her parents were visiting us as well. Needless to say, they know, and appreciate, great food.

We had a night to remember. Carlos arrived on time, and was professional in every way. The dinner had many courses, and each one was original, and delicious. My wife and her parents thought the food was terrific – as I did. Carlos explained what each dish was, and how he made it.

One could tell that Carlos is not only professional, he is also an artist. No doubt he has to make a living, as we all must, but one can see that he also loves what he does, and loves to share what he has created.

It is very important to him that the evening be special. It was. Though we paid for his services, the evening still felt like receiving a great gift.

I do not see how it would have been possible for the evening to be any better than it was. We hope to have Carlos come again.
